What is the official entry time for the 51st National Truck-In ® ?

Are there festivities planned for the official kickoff of the 51st National Truck-In ® ?
We are planning an opening ceremony with the lighting of the Olympic Torch followed by the parade of vans through the gate.

 

Are kids allowed?
Yes. We will have games for them to play and an activity center to keep them occupied for a few hours a day. Please keep track of them. They should be back in their site by 10pm.

 

Are dogs allowed?
Yes. Please bring their vaccination paperwork and keep them on a leash, attached to a person at all times.

 

Can I pay onlne?
Yes. Please go to our website: https://51stvannationals.com to pre-register your van, trailer, extra people, early days, pay for an ad in our event guide, sponsor a trophy, rent a golf cart or porta John. You can use a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

 

Are Golf Carts allowed?
Yes, they are allowed with proof of insurance and lights for night driving. Use of golf carts may be revoked at any time if used in a reckless manner.

 

Can I rent a Golf Cart?
Yes, Golf carts will be available on-site.

 

Can I rent a Port-a-John?
Port-a-johns can be prepaid & reserved through our website

Are Motorcycles allowed?
Motorcycles will be allowed in with your van entry and parked – you may not ride them around the grounds.

 

I want to arrive early – when can I get into the fairgrounds?
The earliest you can get into the fairgrounds is Sunday, July 6th at noon.

 

What if I arrive before July 6th – where do I go?
We do not have an agreement with any camping area. You must make your own camping reservations.

 

Do you have a staging area available to park “in line”?
Not until 12:00 pm on Sunday morning, July 6th. 

 

What if I am parked in the parking lot and need to use the bathroom?
You can use the facilities on the fairgrounds.

 

What if I arrive prior to 12:00 pm on Sunday – where do I go?
You will be asked to leave and return at 12:00 pm. We will not allow any parking in the lot until 12:00 pm on Sunday, July 6th at which time we will allow vanners into the staging area.
